GLOUCESTER , MASS. (WHDH) - An early morning fire caused a Gloucester home to go up in flames Thursday.
The fire broke out just after 5:00 a.m. on Lexington Avenue.
Someone walking by happened to see the fire and called 911.
The Gloucester Fire Chief said the building was under renovation, so no one was home at the time.
The homeowner was notified, and no one was hurt fighting the flames.
