A fire broke out at a building in Lowell Wednesday morning.
It happened on Grove Street around 8:30 a.m.
The fire was concentrated on the second floor and the roof of the building.
National grid is on scene with the Lowell Fire Department.
Officials haven’t said whether everyone is accounted for.
Fire crews appear to have everything under control.
