Emergency crews responded to a tractor-trailer rollover in Stoughton on Monday.
Police and fire crews could be seen cleaning up fuel and working to remove the massive vehicle from the intersection of Sharon and Washington streets.
According to the Stoughton Fire Department, the crash happened when a tractor-trailer and a van collided with one another in front of a gas station Monday morning.
The gas station was also damaged during the incident, with the van allegedly striking a corner of the building and taking out a chunk of the structure.
Authorities told 7NEWS the driver of the van was hospitalized and believed to be in stable condition. Meanwhile, the driver of the tractor-trailer was able to walk away from the crash and could be seen speaking with authorities throughout the morning, later telling 7NEWS that he had been in shock.
Police said a preliminary investigation found the driver of the tractor-trailer may have lost control while driving through the area, but that authorities were still looking into the exact cause.
No one inside the gas station at the time of the crash was injured.
In addition to damaging the building, the crash also took out power for nearby businesses, with one owner saying they had no choice but to close their doors in the meantime.
