Dan Aykroyd has confirmed he will appear in the upcoming reboot of Ghostbusters.
Aykroyd, who starred in the original 1984 film, tweeted that he filmed a scene with Kristen Wiig, who will appear in the new movie. Aykroyd later deleted the tweet.
There is no word on what role Aykroyd will play in the new Ghostbusters.
The new movie will be released in July 2016.
