The nurse from Maine who was detained and quarantined last year is now suing the state of New Jersey and Governor Chris Christie.
Kacie Hickox claims she was illegally held against her will after she returned from treating Ebola patients in Sierra Leone.
Officials said she had a fever, but Hickox says she didn’t have any symptoms of the virus.
