MBTA passengers tell 7News they are concerned for their safety after a commuter recorded video of a door open on a moving Orange Line train.
A viewer sent the video to 7News, saying the door in between cars remained open for much of the ride to Forest Hills.
"Orange Line personnel are making sure the end doors on each car are properly secured," said the MBTA in a statement. "All end doors will be inspected by vehicle maintenance personnel."
Two weeks ago, a similar incident happened on a Red Line train. During the morning rush hour, a door between cars opened twice while the train was moving.
The MBTA asked passengers to contact subway personnel when they see doors open or anything else they consider a safety concern.
