QUINCY, MASS. (WHDH) - A Dorchester man who is charged with manslaughter is due back in court Tuesday.
According to prosecutors, a 26-year-old hit Brian Hingston of Quincy, while Hingston tried to break up a fight near a bar in Dorchester in April.
Hingston hit his head on the pavement and later died.
