A Dorchester man and a New Hampshire couple have been indicted on murder charges in connection with the killing of a women who was found burned next to train tracks in Bridgewater.
A Plymouth County Grand Jury Tuesday issued indictments against Fernando Owens of Dorchester, Julian Squires and Shannon Squires of New Hampshire.
The three are accused of murdering 29-year-old Ashley Bortner of New Jersey.
Owens, and the Squires were all indicted on one count each of Murder and Aggravated Kidnapping.
Bortner’s body was found November 3rd next to MBTA tracks in Bridgewater. Police say her body had been burned over 70% and she had been gagged.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Owens and police are searching for him. The Squires are being held on bail.
