A driver will be called to court Tuesday in connection with a fatal hit and run in Cambridge that happened in February.
According to police, Henry Park, 62 of Somerville, ran over a 77-year-old woman in a wheelchair and drove off.
The woman died more than a week later.
Park was charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
He was released on bail after his arraignment. He is not allowed to drive while the case in ongoing.
He is due back in court in June.
