Dudley Police officers arrested three men in connection on multiple drug charges. 

On Jan., 17, Dudley Police conducted three narcotics-related search warrants following an investigation into the cultivation and sale of marijuana at apartments on Southbridge Road. 

Undercover officers were able to successfully purchase on more than one occasion marijuana from a Southbridge Road apartment.

Officers learned the marijuana that was purchased was also being grown inside a nearby apartment, which is located within 300 feet of a school zone. 

In addition to the marijuana, fentanyl and oxycodone were also seized during the execution of the warrants. 

Patrick McGoin, 20 of Dudley, was arrested and charged with two counts of distribution of a Class D substance; possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance; drug violation within 300 feet of a school zone; and conspiracy to violate drug laws. 

Christopher Chojnacki, 20 of Dudley, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A substance, possession of a Class C substance and conspiracy to violate drug laws. 

Robert Chojnacki, 46 of Dudley, was arrested and charged with cultivation of marijuana; possession to distribute a Class D substance; possession of marijuana over an ounce; drug violation within 300 feet of a school zone and conspiracy to violate drug laws. 

All three were bailed for an arraignment at Dudley District Court on Tuesday.
