ACTON, MASS. (WHDH) - A city dump truck was found lying on its side in Acton Wednesday afternoon.
Officials responded to a rollover crash on Main Street at Ledgerock Way around 1:36 p.m.
Sky7HD was over the scene on Main Street, where police said the dump truck was caught in overhead wires in the area and tipped over.
The driver, a DPW employee, was taken to the hospital.
“Police closed Main Street in the area while the truck was brought back onto its wheels,” Acton police announced. “Main Street remains closed in the area and will be reopened once low-hanging wires are repaired.”
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
