BOSTON (WHDH) - An elderly man and a child were struck by a car on Commonwealth Ave Tuesday night, according to Boston police.
Sources told 7News the driver, a college student, was texting while driving.
The victims, a grandfather and his grandson, were rushed to the hospital. They are expected to be OK.
The driver was cited, and is facing several serious charges.
