HYANNIS, Mass. (WHDH) — Police are investigating what caused an 88-year-old woman to crash her car into a T-Mobile store at the Cape Town Plaza Saturday afternoon.
The driver took out the front glass windows, door and hardware. The store was vacant at the time, so nobody else was injured.
The crash happened at around 12:36 p.m.
Early estimates put the amount of damage over $10,000.
The unidentified woman was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with a head injury, according to the Hyannis Fire Department. Her condition is unknown at this time.
