An emergency demolition of the crumbling Holyoke Armory is underway.
Another wall and roof section collapsed Thursday morning.
This is the second part of the building to collapse in the last two weeks.
The Mayor says he still hopes to preserve the front part of the armory and redevelop the area where the rest of the building was.
The armory is 110 years old.
