I know it’s been very dry and we do need rain but wowza, yesterday was fantastic with sunny skies & seasonal temps (no wind either). Today offers similar weather with seasonal temps and little to no wind. The only difference between yesterday & today will be more clouds around this afternoon. #SplittingHairs.
Tomorrow will be our only shot at rain for about 5-6 days and for some of you it will take on the form of sprinkles. A rather healthy coastal storm is forming off of North Carolina right now and is drifting north. This storm wants to head right into New England on Thursday but High Pressure is already here. That means most of the raindrops fall south of New England tomorrow. In fact, along & north of Rt.2 plan on clouds & just a few sprinkles during the day. from Boston to Worcester there will be a few isolated showers with the steadiest rain confined to the South Coast/Cape/Islands. Most towns pick up less than .25″ of rain from this rain event (plan on .5″-1.0″ on the Cape/Islands).
Regardless of how much or how little rain falls tomorrow we are right back into the sunshine on Friday and beyond. Also, a warming trend will commence on Friday so temps should easily reach the 70s and 80s will happen over the weekend.
Enjoy your Huuummp Daaayyy
