There are new details on a deadly crash that killed a woman in Chicopee in 2010.
A jury has awarded more than $32 million to Kimmy Dubuque’s family.
The 43-year-old was shopping at Cumberland Farms when an elderly man suffered a stroke and drove his SUV into the store at more than 80mph.
The family says Cumberland Farms should have installed barriers to prevent vehicles from hitting the building.
The convenience store chain says there are no laws requiring barriers.
