A Whitman boy with Downs Syndrome received a special surprise on his birthday.
Frankie Lane was bummed he couldn’t have his family over to celebrate because of the coronavirus so they brought the party over to him.
Family members packed in a van and drove to his home, honking their horn and waving to Frankie as he looked on from his front steps.
After the drive-by parade, they stopped outside to sing him Happy Birthday.
