A man was arrested and charged with her daughter’s murder in New Bedford last month.
Police said Walter DaSilva, 45, was arrested after he evaded questioning about his daughter’s death. Sabrina DaSilva, 19, was found shot to death outside of her apartment in July. Family members said she was coming home from the supermarket when she was shot.
Walter DaSilva, of Connecticut, was in court Monday and charged with murder.
