Boston firefighters fought a fire at a senior housing complex on Ditson Street Tuesday.
Smoke was reported on multiple floors of the building and flames were seen pouring from the rear of the building.
The fire has since been put out.
The Boston Fire Department said the fire caused $500,000 in damage to the complex and that all residents there are expected to be displaced.
Boston Fire is working with the property managers of the building to determine where to send the displaced residents.
