PLYMOUTH, MASS. (WHDH) - The Fourth of July show in Plymouth Monday night was abruptly cut short after two barges carrying fireworks went up in flames.

Witnesses said the fireworks were going on for about 15 minutes before everyone saw a huge explosion. One man who was watching from his boat in the harbor said the explosion made his boat shake.

Plymouth Police said malfunctions on both barges caused the large fire. No one was injured and the fire marshal is now investigating.
