HERNANDO, Fla. (WHDH) — A man was arrested after police said he tried kidnapping a woman’s daughter at a dollar store in Florida.
Surveillance video shows 30-year-old Craig Bonello grab the 13-year-old girl and drag her across the floor. The girl’s mother than chased after Bonello and police said she pulled her daughter free after a violent tug-of-war.
Bonello allegedly fled the store, only to get arrested by off-duty police officer John Baynin. Bonello now faces kidnapping charges.
