MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Food Bank has received a $100,000 matching grant from an anonymous donor that will help produce thousands of meals.

The donor, who has given $175,000 to the food bank over the past two years, will match dollar-for-dollar donations up to $100,000 through the end of the year.

The money would generate 400,000 meals to support nearly 140,000 New Hampshire residents, including over 41,000 children.

The food bank distributes food to a statewide network of more than 400 partner agencies. During 2015, it distributed more than 12 million pounds of food to its network.
