BOSTON (AP) — A former cleaner with JetBlue’s Logan International Airport subcontractor, ReadyJet, is alleging on-the-job sexual harassment in a complaint filed with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
The former cleaner, Rosa Morban, is scheduled to be joined by U.S. Rep. Katherine Clark, members of the airport workers’ union, and community allies from the Dominican Workers Center when she files the complaint Monday.
Morban will be the fourth worker from the company to file similar charges.
Clark’s office says Morban was unjustly fired after turning down her manager’s sexual advances, which included inappropriate comments, regular touching, asking her out on dates, and trying to separate her from co-workers so they could be alone.
A voice message left with ReadyJet before regular business hours Monday was not immediately returned.
