Former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown has been named in a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against Fox News.
Former Fox News host Andrea Tantaros filed the lawsuit Monday in New York State Supreme Court in Manattan. Defendants include William Shine, who was named co-president of Fox News after former network chief Roger Ailes resigned last month due to a different sexual harassment lawsuit. Ailes was also listed as a defendant.

The filing said Brown harassed Tantaros on set and after an August 2015 appearance on her show. While on set, Brown allegedly told Tantaros she “would be fun to go to a nightclub with.” The lawsuit said after the show, Brown snuck up behind Tantaros while she was buying lunch and grabbed her lower waist. The lawsuit said Tantaros pulled back and told him to stop.
Brown denied the claims, saying none of this happened. Brown’s wife, former Boston reporter Gail Huff, agreed and called the accusations “absurd.”
“I have no knowledge of what she’s referring to,” Brown told 7News. “If it was anything in a lunch line, it would be, ‘Hey, good show.’ That’s it. That’s what I do with the guys, that’s what I do with the women.”
Tantaros said she was punished for complaining about sexual harassment several times. She said Fox News runs like a “sex-fueled Playboy Mansion.”
