BOSTON (WHDH) - A man was arraigned Monday in connection with an alleged sexual assault at Faneuil Hall.
Jaime Aguilar, 42 of Framingham, was arraigned Monday on charges of open and gross lewdness, lewd and lascivious conduct, disorderly conduct, assault and battery, and indecent assault and battery on a child.
Aguilar allegedly spread bodily fluids on the clothing of a teen under 16 who was standing near him in a crowd at Faneuil Hall.
Bail was set at $20,000.
Aguilar was ordered to stay away from the victim and out of downtown Boston.
He was ordered to remain under home confinement with a GPS monitoring bracelet.
He is due back in court on Aug. 25.
