Freetown homeowners face charges following massive party

FREETOWN, MASS. (WHDH) - A couple of homeowners in Freetown are facing charges after hosting a massive house party over the weekend.

Cellphone video captured the wild scene on Leonard Avenue.

Police say there were about a thousand people partying in the street Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Investigators say the homeowners refused to listen when officers asked them to turn the music off.

Neighbors believe the party was out of control.

Police say someone was stabbed at a party at the home back in 2009, and the family refused to cooperate with the investigation.
