A natural gas main leak caused several residents to evacuate their homes on Friday afternoon in Jamaica Plain.
The Boston Fire Department said the leak happened in a 3.5 story home at 192-194 Amory St. Contractors hit a gas main inside the home, the fire department said.
Nearby residents were evacuated, according to the fire department.
Nobody was injured.
