Last day of June…dang, these warm months are flying by but we still have most of summer in front of us! Our last day of June will be a good one with a mix of sun & clouds while temps flirt with 80 this afternoon. #Winning. There will be a few more clouds late this afternoon and evening and those clouds signal our next weather system.

Our next bout of weather is slated for the first day of July–but not a wash out. A cool front will crawl into New England late tonight-tomorrow sending a scattering of showers/thunderstorms our way but not in the traditional time slots. Usually a cool front would ram into July warmth and then pop storms after 2pm & last until 8pm but I think tomorrow it happens in reverse….we start the day with scattered showers/storms and then after 3pm, I think shower/storm threat is done so not ideal for beaches tomorrow, tennis, golf and/or yardwork can get accomplished tomorrow afternoon. This weather system tries to pester us again on Thursday but I think the best it can do is generate a few isolated showers during the afternoon–otherwise a mix of sun & clouds.

Holiday weekend…..welp—-it looks better than it did yesterday at this time…especially Friday with mostly sunny skies expected. For the 4th, a few more clouds are likely (partly sunny) but still great for any & all outdoor activities. Much the same on Sunday (back to mostly sunny). Temps all 3 days reach the low 80s (70s at the beaches) with low humidity. Sweetness.
