Republican Charlie Baker and Democrat Martha Coakley have one more opportunity to debate face-to-face before a television audience.
The candidates are scheduled to meet Tuesday evening, and the debate will air on 7NBC and will be streamed live online at WHDH.com, starting at 7 p.m. 7’s Andy Hiller will serve as one moderator for the debate.
The debate could be critical for Coakley who’s trying to shake off the perception her campaign has stalled.
A poll released Monday by 7News and UMass-Lowell found 45 percent of those polled favored Baker while 41 percent supported Coakley.
The poll of 601 likely Massachusetts voters was conducted between Oct. 21 and Oct. 25 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.5 percentage points.
The election is Nov. 4.
