HAMILTON, MASS. (WHDH) - The woman accused of kidnapping and assaulting a child she used to babysit is expected to back in court Monday.
Police said Abigail Hanna took a 2-year-old girl from her home in Hamilton in November, assaulted her, and left her naked on the side of the road.
Hanna has been at a facility in Worcester to determine her mental state.
