A survey finds that many doctors are going to work while sick.

The survey, done by the Children's Hospital in Philadelphia, found that 83 percent of doctors and nurses said they have shown up to work while sick at least once this year.

Doctors and nurses who responded admitted they were worried they might put their patients' immune systems at risk. However, they are also concerned about letting down patients and colleagues by not coming to work.
