The number of fatal drug overdoses from heroin is on the rise in America and the demographics are also changing.
The Centers for Disease Control said they have seen a 40 percent increase in fatal heroin overdoses over the last two years.
The majority of heroin deaths are now white and from the midwest. This is a change from a decade ago, when the most were older black people from the west coast and northeast.
