A hearing for convicted killer Seth Mazzaglia will be held before the New Hampshire Supreme Court on Wednesday.
Last year, Mazzaglia was convicted of killing UNH student Lizzie Marriott.
Police say he killed Marriott in 2012 after she refused to sleep with him.
Marriott’s body has never been found.
