BRISTOL, CT (WHDH) — No one was talking at the home of Aaron Hernandez’s uncle and aunt in Bristol, Connecticut following a search here by police Wednesday night. But other relatives of the accused killer are speaking out.

“These are the pictures of Aaron, you can see that they’re signed,” said Randy Garcia, Hernandez’s cousin.

Garcia proudly showed off pictures of the former Patriot in his home. He said he and other family members are in shock over Hernandez’s arrest for murder.

“Our family’s taking it kind of hard. No matter what happens, the truth will come out eventually, but we’re going to stand by him no matter what, if he’s guilty or if he’s not guilty,” said Garcia.

Hernandez is still considered a hero in Bristol, where he played football at Bristol Central High. His high school yearbook picture was on the same page of his current girlfriend who broke down in tears in court when Hernandez was denied bail. Just before Hernandez was arraigned Wednesday, his mother weighed in from her home in Bristol. She didn’t think her son was guilty.

“All I can say is that he will be cleared of all these charges in the end. Just let it play out until the end,” said Terri Hernandez.

Hernandez’s relatives said they are praying for the family of Odin Lloyd, they’re praying for their family and their church is praying for both of the families.

“We hate what it’s come to be but we’ll let God take care of it,” said Garcia.

Police did not say what they were searching for at the home.

Hernandez was denied bail for the second day in a row Thursday.
