Hillary Clinton is facing a lawsuit.
The parents of two Americans killed in the 2012 Benghazi attacks are suing Clinton for wrongful death in federal court.
They claim Clinton’s use of a private email server contributed to the attacks, and that they Democratic nominee defamed them in public statements.
One of the plaintiffs is Patricia Smith, who spoke at the Republican National Convention.
