The Plymouth County District Attorney has confirmed that the husband of a murdered Brockton woman is now in custody.

Florence Beaulieu was found dead in her home on May 16.

Border Patrol says her husband was taken into custody the day after the murder.

He is charged with being a fugitive from justice on three counts of violating a restraining order in Massachusetts.

The Plymouth County DA says Beaulieu will return to Massachusetts to be arraigned at a later date.

No one, including the husband, has been named as a suspect in the murder case.
