STERLING, MASS. (WHDH) - An investigation is underway after a small plane had to make an emergency landing in a field in Sterling on Wednesday.
Video from SKY7 HD showed a single-engine plane sitting upright in a large field in the area of Davis Farmland.
The plane didn’t appear to be damaged.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, a student and instructor were on board at the time.
It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the plane to land.
There were no additional details available.
