ISIS has released a new propaganda video that appears to show British journalist John Cantlie.
In the video Cantlie talks about American airstrikes attacking ISIS media kiosks.
He is standing in front of what he says is one of those targeted kiosks.
This is the first time since last February that Cantlie has been featured in one of ISIS’ videos.
He was kidnapped in November 2012.
