How could you get an entire group of passengers on a cross-country flight love crying babies?
JetBlue found one way.
As part of a Mother’s Day promotion, the airline posted a YouTube video of a flight with its fair share of fussy toddlers – and anxious parents hoping their children would make it through the long flight from New York to California.
Once the passengers boarded the plane, the flight attendant announced that they were offering a first-ever promotion – the passengers would get 25 percent off a round-trip flight every time a baby cried on the plane.
Four crying babies equaled one free round-trip ticket anywhere in the United States.
By the time the third and fourth babies got fussy, the entire plane clapped and cheered.
JetBlue ended the video with a message: "Next time, smile at a baby for crying out loud."
