A judge has denied the Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s motion to dismiss Boston’s lawsuit against the proposed Everett casino.
Boston believes it should be deemed a host community which would give Charlestown residents the chance to vote on whether to allow the casino. The city is also seeking to revoke Wynn’s gambling license.
