A judge dismissed a lawsuit in which the city of Boston tried to claim it was a host community for a proposed casino in Everett.
The judge said that Wynn Resorts had a proper casino license and did not violate any regulations.
Boston Mayor Marty Walsh has been fighting the project for months.
Wynn Resorts previously beat out other big name gambling venues for the sole Boston license.
