Some fantastic late summer weather continues as High Pressure is with for a few more days. The weather is rather benign with a mix of sun & clouds for both today and again on Wednesday. Daytime temps will run in the low to mid 70s with overnight lows in the low 50s. The only issue is an ocean storm that will be too far away to bother us with rain & wind but close enough to SE Mass to fill up the sky with clouds (even some sprinkles on Nantucket).

By Thursday it looks like we get one last push of warmth & humidity into New England. Skies will be partly sunny and that sun combined with a southwest wind will boost temps close to 80 by afternoon. Dewpoint temps also climb toward 60 (usually the magic number that corresponds to humid weather). This warmth is just a cameo though as a cool front plows into the northeast by nightfall. This front dislodges the warmth and in doing so pops some scattered showers & t-storms by Thursday evening. Drier and cooler weather return by Friday & into the upcoming weekend.

Enjoy your Tuesday!
