After some wild weather earlier in the week, it's certainly been nice to see a return to quiet, and more comfortable weather for now.  In fact, some may argue that we're now going to far the other way as beach weather this weekend is a bit on the cool side.

Hey, at least it's dry, so it'll be a good weekend for cookouts, ball games, concerts, and tee times.  Just hope that wind is at your back on the par 5s if you tee off near the coast/Cape on Sunday… the breeze will be active.

Plenty of sun starts off this Saturday morning and that sun will warm temps up to near 80 inland.  The breeze is from the ocean, so temps along the coastline hold in the low to mid 70s.  We'll have partial sun tomorrow again, this time, the breeze is strong along the coast and Cape.  The reason for that increased wind is thanks to a storm passing close by to New England.  Expect a north to northeast breeze around 15mph along the coast, and 20-25mph across the Cape.  Highs tomorrow reach the lower 70s across the Cape, mid 70s in eastern Mass, and upper 70s outside I-95.  If you are heading to the Lakes Region this weekend, I can't rule out a pop-up afternoon shower/storm today or tomorrow, but you'll still get in a lot of dry hours and highs in the upper 70s.

If your lawn looks like mine, it desperately needs a good soaking.  The next best chance for widespread showers and storms moves in Tuesday.

Next week looks fairly seasonable (temps close to 80), as I don't see any high heat returning over the next 7-10days.

Enjoy the weekend!
