CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire Democratic Congresswoman Annie Kuster says she supports a formal impeachment inquiry regarding President Donald Trump’s conduct following Special Counselor Robert Mueller’s testimony this week.

Kuster said in a statement Friday she hasn’t prejudged the outcome and believes in the integrity of the process. She said she believes it’s her duty under her oath to the Constitution “to ensure nobody is above the law.”

Kuster said Mueller reinforced the “troubling details” outlined in his report: Russia attacked our democracy and interfered in our election to help Trump, and the Trump campaign welcomed that help.

Her statement came as lawmakers start a six-week summer recess. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said the House would only take action against Trump “when we have what we need to proceed, not one day sooner.”
