LAWRENCE, MASS. (WHDH) - A Lawrence couple allegedly led police on a low-speed chase through a residential neighborhood with their 4-year-old child in the car.
Neighbors said they heard the four-year-old screaming in the back of the car, and he was not in a car seat.
The driver, Raymond Sanchez, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Friday.
He faces a number of serious charges, including recklessly endangering a child, evading police, and drug and traffic violations.
Sanchez was held on $20,000 cash bail, and will be back in court next month.
