Lawyers involved in the Aaron Hernandez double murder trial will go before the state’s highest court Tuesday.
Prosecutors will ask supreme court justices to order Hernandez’s lawyers to turn over a cellphone.
They say it contains evidence in the former New England Patriots star’s upcoming trial.
Already a convicted killer, Hernandez now faces two counts of murder for the 2012 fatal shootings of two men in Boston’s South End.
