LOWELL, MASS. (WHDH) - 7News caught up with some Massachusetts families who welcomed their new bundles of joy on February 29 – Leap Day.
Leap Day comes only once every four years, meaning a number of new Massachusetts residents will be waiting a few more years before they can celebrate their first birthday.
The next Leap Day will happen in 2028.
