A key part of Sunday night’s win was the Blount force coming out of the Patriots backfield.

Running back LeGarrette Blount ran over the Colts racking up 148 yards and three touchdowns.

It isn’t the first time the veteran led the pats to postseason success.

“He’s cold blooded he was out there, he put on a show. He put the boys on his back and carried them,” Patriots wide receiver Brian Tyms said.

Number 29 scored three rushing touchdowns in the AFC Championship and earned the congratulations of his quarterback Tom Brady

“It feels amazing. I can’t compare it to anything. I’ve never had a feeling like this before in my life,” Blount said.

Fans at the Patriots Pro Shop love his effort and his just try and stop me style.

“He’s a tank! There’s no stopping him just paint him camouflage, that’s his new uniform, camouflage,” Patriots fan Peter Kaltsunas said.

Blount now holds the Patriots record for most rushing touches in the playoffs and is tied for the record of most running playoff touchdowns in team history.
