Brrr… not that it was impressively cold in terms of temperatures yesterday, but the combination of afternoon numbers in the mid 40s, and a wind that gusted past 30mph, certainly made it feel chilly out there.  Jacket weather for sure.

Today, we’ll get less wind and less cold.  Yes, it’ll still be a bit breezy at times (WSW gusts to 20-25mph), but that’s not as strong as yesterday’s northwest wind.  In addition, afternoon highs today reach to lower to middle 50s, a good 5-8 degrees warmer than yesterday afternoon.

I don’t see much rain in the forecast over the next several days as near seasonal temps run through mid-week.  Monday will be a bit above average while Tuesday and Wednesday turn a bit cooler than average.  Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning start off in the 20s in many of the suburbs under clear skies and little wind.

With winds turning south on Thursday, a bit of milder air works back in, however, a slow moving cold front will also be approaching New England.  Showers are possible by Thursday afternoon, and are likely to stick around Thursday night into Friday.

Have a good Sunday and Go Pats!!!!!!!! .
