BOISE, IDAHO (WHDH) —  An Idaho soccer team didn’t get their start on the field, but in the library.

The team is made up almost entirely of refugees.

A  librarian realized they weren’t able to play soccer, so she created a team just for them.

The team is named “Rushes Nations United,” with 15 or the 17 players being refugees.

And their coach is from Afghanistan.

Their coach said, “they have the skills they just didn’t have somebody give them the right direction.”

And now the players say the team is like a family.
